Join our international network of highly skilled associates. Our core team of employees are joined by an international network of experts, consultants and facilitators from 40 countries, who collectively speak more than 40 languages. All our associates have more than ten years’ experience in enabling leaders and organisations and facilitating real change.

In expanding our global network of associates, we are seeking professionals who:

  • Have a broad cultural background
  • Have both practical and theoretical expertise within leadership development, programme and project management and strategic competency development at a senior level
  • Have learning solutions design expertise
  • Have a sharp intellect and diplomacy skills
  • Preferably speak more than one language, English being mandatory
  • Have experience working globally, either as a facilitator and/or a global business executive.
  • Are educated to Master or PhD level
  • Have a minimum of 20 years relevant experience.
